Products to be displayed

Composite repair for pipe reinforcement and damaged pipe suffering from internal and external corrosion, dents, weld defects, mechanical damages, leakages ... Wet lay-up system wrapped helicoidally around the pipe in order to bring the mechanical resistance to the damaged pipe section. Composite sleeve made of Kevlar® tape and 3X specific epoxy resin.

REINFORCEKiT®4D SUBSEA (R4D-S) is a long-term composite repair system for pipes suffering from external and internal corrosion, dents and leaks in offshore and subsea environments. The original 3X ENGINEERING concept is an association of Kevlar® tape, specific bi-component epoxy resin called R3X1050S and primer P3X32. The composite is tolerant to wet conditions and can be easily installed by trained divers.

TANKiT® and REINFORCEKiT® PATCH are 2 composite repair systems for damaged tanks and pressured vessels suffering from corrrosion defects and mechanical damages. TANKiT® is an emergency and temporary reinforcement solution ready to be used in specific cases. REINFORCEKiT® PATCH is the solution for a lasting tank reinforcement and can be applicated whatever the conditions after engineering and calculations.

Emergency pipeline repair system (EPRS) for online leak sealing. STOPKiT® is the most efficient repair in the world able to seal a leak online in few minutes. This system is designed to make a compression point on the leak by concentrating the tightening effort on the rubber patch. Available under several models depending on pipe diameter, hole size and environment.

Composite repair for pipe and support protection from corrosion. Preventive and curative repair system for corrosion under support (CUS). According to ASME B31.1. Product made of 86 PPS pads thermo welded on glass fiber fabric and epoxy resin.

Online Repair for SF6 Leaking Flange REFLANGEKiT® is a SF6 leak sealing technique for flanges applicable online and under pressure. REFLANGEKiT® has been designed, developed and tested in partnership with EDF R&D (French Electricity Supplier). Various pressure tests and aging tests have been performed internally and in EDF laboratories in order to propose high quality product.

REINFORCEKiT® BEAM is a composite product recommended to reinforce and repair corroded beams and other structures. Designed for lasting 20 years minimum, this product can renovate a structure suffering from severe corrosion. Initially, REINFORCEKiT® BEAM has been co-developed in partnership with the French National Railway Company (SNCF) for railway industry to reinforce catenary supports (HEA beams) but this product is suitable for all structure designs.

DKiT® is recommended to protect all kind of structures from corrosion. It is applied on the structure base, on the junction area with concrete basement which is the weakest part due to corrosion developement. Initially, DKiT® has been co-developed in partnership with the French National Railway Company (SNCF) for railway industry to reinforce catenary supports (HEA beams) but this product is suitable for all structure designs.
